Train crushes C’nawabganj youth

CHAPAINAWABGANJ, May 13 (UNB): A young man was crushed under a train in Ghion area of Nachole upazila early Monday.

The deceased was identified as Ananta Mardi, 25, son of Budhrai Mardi, resident of Bechonda village in Nezampur union.

Jubayer Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Nachole Police Station, said that the accident took place when the 'Mahananda Express' train hit Ananta's bicycle while he was crossing rail track near Nezampur Rail Station, killing him on the spot.
