Brief workouts for lasting health benefits

DESPITE day-to-day busy schedules we should put aside at least 20 minutes a day for some physical workouts. Even with a moderate amount of workout, we can enjoy immense health benefits. Studies have shown that a 20 minute workout offers enormous benefits in terms of our health, weight and state of mind and raises our chances for a more fulfilling life. Walking at a brisk pace for 20/30 minutes a day can enable us to maintain a sound health throughout the year. It improves our general health standard and reduces our vulnerability to ailments.
Heavy traffic congestion and lack of open space in the city usually bind us to a sedentary life style and keep us away from physical exercises. To avoid being confined to a dull and dreary life, we can have mild exercises at home or on our rooftop at least 4 to 5 times a week. This will help us increase our strength and energy level and make us stronger and more active. It is imperative that we integrated a 20-minute workout in our daily work routine and made life healthier and more resourceful.
