Eid-ul Azha and flood situation

Eid-ul Azha is just two weeks away. At the moment, homebound people in the cities are looking for bus and train tickets to their town and village homes. Private bus operators have already started selling tickets ahead of Eid. But, due to the flood, many highways, roads and railways are inundated. If these are not repaired or the flood situation does not improve before Eid, many travellers who want to use these routes may not be able to initiate their trips in the first place.

For this reason, the cities may not be very empty during the Eid-ul Azha vacation.

I hope affluent people will enjoy Eid and give alms, food and meat to the poor and needy, already affected by the flood. That is the true essence of Eid.
