Green tea gaining popularity

Green tea is a popular beverage consumed worldwide and in recent years, it has also gained popularity as a health drink. Tea was originated in China during the Shang dynasty (1556 to 1046 BC), where it was used as a medicinal drink.

Green tea without sugar keeps us full of energy without doing any harm. Everyday I drink three to four cups of green tea and it keeps my energy level high and also helps hydrate my body. Green tea is considered one of the world's healthiest drinks and contains one of the highest amounts of antioxidants of any tea. Green tea has powerful effects on our body which include improved brain function, fat loss, a lower risk of cancer and many other health benefits.

Green tea is very favourite to people who want to reduce weight. It is gaining popularity in our country gradually. Usually, we like to drink milk tea but green tea is much healthier.

Drinking three to five cups of green tea everyday seems to be optimal to reap the health benefits.
