Military training for youth
October 07, 2019 00:00:00
Cricketers in India and Pakistan are often provided with training by military personnel to improve their capacity to take physical stress and practice tough discipline required for attaining a goal. In Bangladesh context, such military training can be given to working age people and also students to utilise their potential in career and nation building. Military leadership skills and discipline can be instilled into the private sector workforce to improve their physical capacity and level of determination to become successful. Military components of training and education may be introduced as well to educational institutions and factories so that students and staff members can fully understand their responsibility. The oath of service and self-sacrifice and the spirit of patriotism are important for all citizens. Training of focusing on task at hand in difficult situation may provide the trainees a high level of tolerance to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
