Hasina receives D.Litt. from Indian univ

ASANSOL, (West Bengal), May 26 (UNB): Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.) from Kazi Nazrul University, Asansol in Paschim Bardhaman district here. The university authorities conferred the honorary D.Litt. degree on her at a special convocation programme on Saturday. She was honoured with the degree in recognition of her outstanding contributions to building exploitation- and disparity-free society.
