14pc pass DU 'Kha' unit entry tests

Results for first-year honours admission test of 'Kha' unit under arts faculty at Dhaka University this year were published on Tuesday with a pass rate of 14 per cent, reports UNB.

DU vice-chancellor Prof Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman announced the result at the central admission office on the campus at1:00 pm.

A total of 4,747 among 33,897 admission seekers passed the test for the 2,378 seats, said the VC.

The results can be viewed from the university website (www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd) or via short message service (SMS) on any mobile operator service.

The successful students have to file and submit the "choice form" on the website within 3:00 pm, September 26 to 3:00 pm, October 10.

The one-hour long Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)- based entry test was held on Friday.
