ASP Mizan murder Charge sheet against two suspects

Police submitted charge sheet against two suspects over the murder of Savar Highway Police Assistant Police Commissioner Mizanur Rahman, reports bdnews24.com.

Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Morshed Al Mamun Bhuiyan took cognisance of the charges on Sunday and ordered that warrants be issued against absconding suspect Farooq Howladar.

The other charged in the case is Shah Alam, who is currently in prison and has given a deposition under section 164.

Case investigation officer Dhaka Metropolitan Police (West) Inspector Sirajul Islam said he submitted the charge sheet against the two suspects to the court last week.
