DU publishes Gha unit admission test results

The results of the 'Gha' unit admission test for the first-year honours courses of Dhaka University (DU) under 2018-2019 academic session was published on Tuesday with 26.21 per cent pass rate.

DU Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman officially published the results at the university's administrative building on Tuesday, amid allegation of questions leak.

A total of 70, 440 examinees took part in the 'Gha' unit admission test this year.

Of them, 24.56 per cent science students passed while 47.89 per cent humanities and 17.94 per cent business students.

The results are available on the university website www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd . Students can also get the results through sending SMS using any mobile operator.

To get result through SMS, one will have to type "DU GHA roll number" and send it to 16321.

Students who obtained the pass marks have been asked to fill in the subject choice forms from October 22 to October 31.
