Muktijoddha Foundation places eight-pt demand

The Muktijoddha Foundation (MF) on Saturday demanded of the government to realise its eight-point demand, including the reinstatement of quota for children and heirs of freedom fighters in government jobs, reports BSS.

Sub-sector commander and MF president Principal Gazi Delwar Hossain made the demands at a press conference at Akram Khan Hall of the Jatiya Press Club.

The MF, an organisation of freedom fighters, their children, pensioners, and people with upholding the spirit of 1971 Liberation War, also urged the present government to make the monthly allowances of freedom fighters doubled.
