Obituary (30-12-2018)

Major General (Retd.) Mukhlesur Rahman, psc, passed away in Dhaka on December 26 due to cardiac failure, says a press release.

His two Namaz-e-Janazas were held at the Dhaka CMH and Mohakhali DOHS mosques. He was buried in the Banani Army Graveyard.

General Rahman, a graduate of Dhaka Medical College, served in the Army Medical Corps from 1960 till 1996. He retired as the Director General of the corps.

He left behind his wife, four daughters, seven grandchildren and a host of relatives to mourn his death.
