Popular science writer Sheikh Anwar has won Agrani Bank-Shishu Academy Shishu Sahitya Puraskar (award) for his book titled 'Mahakasher Biggan Khela'.
Bangladesh Shishu Academy recently announced the name of Mr Anwar along with other winners for the award for six years from 2012 to 2017, said a press release.
The academy will formally hand over the awards soon.
The science writer will receive the award in health science and technology category. Merit Fair Publication published the book.
