Two die in Keraniganj wall collapse

KERANIGANJ, Mar 05 (UNB): Two construction workers were killed and another was injured as an under-construction mud wall of a bridge on the embankment of Singho River collapsed on them in Darmashur area here on Tuesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Awlia, 25, and Moshiur Rahman, 40.

Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal, sub-inspector of Keraniganj Model Police Station, said the wall and mud collapsed while a group of workers was working there, leaving the duo dead on the spot.
