Light to moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over Chattogram division in next 24 hours till 6pm today (Tuesday), reports UNB.

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, Met Office said.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

Country's highest temperature 36.1 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday in Jashore and the lowest 23.9 degrees in Chuadanga.

The highest temperature recorded in Dhaka on Monday was 36.1 degrees Celsius while the lowest 28.1 degrees.
