Light rain/drizzle is likely to occur at one or two places over northern part of Rangpur division and weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country in next 24 hours till 6:00pm today (Wednesday), reports UNB.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over northwestern part and the river basins and light to moderate fog elsewhere over the country during mid-night till morning, Met Office said.

Mild cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Rajshahi, Pabna, Dinajpur, Satkhira, Jessore & Chuadanga and it may abate.

Night and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.Country's highest temperature 28.3 degree Celsius was recorded on Tuesday in Sitakunda and lowest 08.6 degree in Chuadanga.
