Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and flashes of lightning is likely to occur in one or two places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with hails at isolated places in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Tuesday), reports UNB.

Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country, the Met Office said.

Day temperature may rise by 1-2 degrees Celsius and night temperature may rise slightly over the country.

The country's highest temperature 37.1 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday at Rajshahi and the lowest 21.5 degrees at Nikli.
