Light to moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at many places over Sylhet and Chattogram divisions and a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna, Mymensingh, Dhaka, and Barishal with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country in the next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Sunday).

Day temperature may rise slightly over north-western part and it may fall slightly elsewhere over the country and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature of 35.6 degrees Celsius was recorded on Friday in Jashore and the lowest of 22.2 degrees in Tarash of Sirajganj.
