Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur at most places over Mymensingh, Sylhet and Rangpur divisions, reports UNB.

It may also occur at many places over Barishal, and Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Tuesday).

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, the Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature 35.6 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday in Jashore and the lowest 24.0 degrees was at Rangamati and Badalgachhi.

The sun sets in the city today (Tuesday) at 6:50 pm and rises tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5:16 am.
