Amu urges students to read Bangabandhu's biography

JHALAKATHI, Mar 12 (BSS): Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu urged on Monday students to read the biography of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman for building themselves as worthy citizens.

"Students will have to read the books of good writers...they will also have to read the biography of Bangabandhu," he said while speaking as the chief guest at the Annual Sports and Cultural Competition of Siddhakathi Secondary High School in Nalchity Upazila of Jhalakathi district.

He also called upon the students to give attention on sports for making themselves physically and mentally fit.

Nalchity Upazila chairman M Younus Laskar, assistant superintendent of police (circle) M Mozammel Hossain and managing committee chairman of the school Khandakar Mujibur Rahman, among others, spoke on the occasion.
