Cases against AL leader, 14 others over Narail UP chairman murder

NARAIL, Feb 18 (UNB): A case has been filed against 15 people, including a local Awami League leader, in connection with the murder of UP chairman Latifur Rahman Polash.

The case was filed with Lohagora Police Station accusing Awami League joint secretary general of district unit Sharif Moniruzzaman and 14 others around 11:45 pm on Saturday.

Police arrested Moniruzzaman and his brother on the same night.
