Cops nab four Jamaat men in Khulna

KHULNA, Jan 6 (UNB): At least four members of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami including its Koyra upazila secretary were arrested from Gobra sluice gate area of the upazila in the early hours of Saturday.

The detainees were identified as Aosafur Rahman, Jamaat secretary of Koyra upazila, Maulana Saifullah Haidar, Jamaat assistant secretary of Koyra upazila, Maulana Abdul Hai Siddique and Master Jamal Hossain.

Officer-in-charge (OC) of Koyra thana Enamul Haque said they caught the Jamaat men while they were in a secret meeting and planning for sabotage at a house near Gobra sluice gate.
