Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Md Asaduzzaman Mia said here on Tuesday the charge sheet in the case for attack at the Holey Artisan Cafe in the capital's Gulshan will be submitted within a month, reports BSS.

"We are cautiously preparing the charge sheet in the Holey Artisan attack case with taking time instead of making hurry to give a flawless charge sheet and it will take one more month to this end," he said.

He was speaking at a meeting on law and order and traffic management ahead of the Eid-ul-Fitr at Mohakhali Bus Terminal here.

The DMP chief has sounded a note of warning of taking tougher action against charging extra fare from passengers, saying, "We will no more tolerate any passenger harassment ahead of the Eid."

Talking about the success of coordinated security arrangements ahead of the Eid, he also said, "No significant crime such as snatching, mugging and extortion has taken place in the capital in the last 26 days of the holy Ramadan."

"No vehicles will be allowed to leave the bus terminals without verifying driving license and other necessary papers," he said.
