HC orders probe into ADM’s 'inaction'

The High Court (HC) on Monday asked the government to conduct an enquiry about the allegations of inaction against additional district magistrate (ADM) in Feni PK Enamul Karim over the killing of Nusrat Jahan Rafi, report agencies.

The ADM is also president of the governing body of Sonagazi Islamia Senior Fazil Madrasa in which Nusrat was a student.

The HC bench of Justice FRM Nazmul Ahasan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader passed the order and asked the secretaries to the Public Administration and Education Ministries to submit the probe report within 30 days.
