Miscreants attack Khulna AL leader's house

KHULNA, Oct 30 (UNB): Unidentified miscreants attacked the house of an Awami League leader and also a councillor of Khulna City Corporation (KCC) on Khanjahan Ali road in Tutpara area of the city on Monday night.
A gang of miscreants numbering around 20 to 25, riding on 8 to10 motorcycles wearing helmets tried to enter the house of city unit AL vice president Azmal Ahmed Tapan around 10:00 pm, said sub-inspector Akbar Hossain of Sadar thana.
The gang vandalised window glasses of the house, he said.
Being obstructed, they beat Tapan's brother Ashfaq Ahmed.
