No mercy for Abrar killers, says law minister

Law Minister Anisul Huq on Sunday said no one involved in the murder of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (Buet) student Abrar Fahad will be spared, reports BSS.

"There'll be no mercy for those involved in killing Abrar Fahad. Under the existing law, the culprits will be given the maximum punishment," he said.

He made the remarks while speaking at a dialogue jointly arranged by Bangladesh Shishu Academy and Save the Children, marking the 30th anniversary of Child Rights Convention.
