Vote for boat in next polls, says Shahriar

RAJSHAHI, May 20 (BSS): State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shahriar Alam here called upon the people to vote for Awami League in next polls.

Urging the people to cast their vote for boat in next all elections to continue the pace of development in the country, he said, 'Rajshahi city's development would take place only if you cast your vote for boat in every poll in future.'

'Bangladesh will be turned into a safe haven for corrupt people, terrorists and militants if BNP and its cohorts come to power again,' he added.

The state minister was addressing a meeting at a city community centre yesterday afternoon as the chief guest.

Awami League district unit arranged the meeting to mark the home coming day of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
