A 9-member delegation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), led by its President AF Nesaruddin FCA, greeting newly appointed Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi with a bouquet at Bangladesh Secretariat on Sunday.
