Disbursement of dividend
Shepherd Industries Ltd.: The company has disbursed the cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018 to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system on January 09, 2019. Dividend warrants of shareholders whose bank accounts are not under BEFTN facilities will be distributed through courier service to the registered mailing address by January 12, 2019. For refund case of BEFTN, shareholders are requested to collect their Refund Warrants from company's registered office at House#24, Road#04, Sector#04, Uttara, Dhaka-1230 from January 15, 2019.
