Premier Leasing re-elects chairman, vice chairman

The board of directors of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited at its meeting recently re-elected Dr. Mizanur Rahman Shelley as the chairman and Md. Nasiruddin Choudhury as the vice chairman of the company, according to a statement.
Dr. Shelley is a sponsor director and, founder chairman of the company as well as Premier Leasing Securities Limited until 2011.
His business activities include Chairman, Centre for Development Research, Bangladesh (CDRB). He is the current Chairman of South Asia Media Commission, Bangladesh and Chairman of Academic Press and Publishers Library (APPL).
He is also the Chairman of Development Horizons Ltd., (an associate of CDRB).
Md. Nasiruddin Choudhury is the managing director of Technocon Ltd. and Manar Associates Ltd. and a partner in Techno-Con.
He is a fellow of Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (FIEB), member of social clubs like Gulshan Club Ltd., Dhaka Club Ltd., Dhanmondi Club Ltd. and Uttara Model Club Ltd.
He founded Technocon Ltd., a construction company, in 1977 and completed several prestigious landmark buildings within the country and abroad.
