22 cos go for spot market trading today, tomorrow

The share trading of 22 listed companies will be allowed only in the spot market today (Tuesday) and tomorrow (Wednesday) as per their spot settlement cycle.

During the period, block transactions of the shares of the companies will also be settled, according to disclosures posted on the website of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The disclosures also said share trading of these 22 companies will remain suspended on the record date set on November 15, 2018.

"Trading of the shares of the companies will be allowed only in the spot market and block transactions will also be settled as per Spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 13.11.2018 to 14.11.2018.Trading of the shares of the companies will remain suspended on record date i.e., 15.11.2018," the companies' disclosure read.

The companies are Indo-Bangla Pharmaceuticals, Bengal Windsor Thermoplastics, Kattali Textile, Monno Ceramic Industries, Nurani Dyeing & Sweater, ACI Limited, Marico Bangladesh, AFC Agro Biotech, SAIF Powertec, Active Fine Chemicals and Renata.

The share trading of ACI Formulations, National Polymer Industries, Rangpur Foundry, VFS Thread Dyeing, Pacific Denims, Apex Spinning & Knitting Mills, Apex Foods, Monno Jute Stafflers, Saiham Textile Mills, Olympic Industries and Beacon Pharmaceuticals will also be allowed in spot market on these two days.
