Bay Leasing to sell land of Tk 67.66m

Bay Leasing & Investment, a listed company, will sell its land worth more than Tk 67.66 million, according to Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The decision was taken at a meeting of the company's board of directors.

The 495 decimal of land is located at Jamirdia of Bhaluka in Mymensingh.

"The proceeds of the sale will be notified after its execution," the company said in a disclosure on DSE website.

Bay Leasing & Investment, presently an 'A' category company, was listed with the stock exchanges in 2009.

The company's sponsor-directors hold 36.25 per cent shares, while institutions 34.90 per cent, foreign shareholders 0.35 per cent and general shareholders 28.50 per cent as of February 28, 2018.

The company's share price remained unchanged on Sunday and closed at Tk 25.50 per share.
