A T M Hayatuzzaman Khan, former chairman of Dhaka Bank Ltd, Directors and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, seen in the ceremony to mark the 24th anniversary of Dhaka Bank Ltd, held recently in the city Dhaka Bank Limited observed its 24 years of journey recently. As a part of the celebration, Milad & Doa Mahfil was arranged at its Corporate Office along with all the branches of the Bank, said a statement.
The Bank handed over cheques to PFDA - Vocational Training Center Trust (Tk.24 Lac) and SEID (Tk.12 Lac) as a part of CSR activities. Moreover, the Bank formally launching 'Blood Bank Management Software and Supporting Website'. Dhaka Bank already donated Tk.1.0 million to Sandhani for developing this website.
The Bank also handed over cheques for Tk 0.7 million to Bangladesh Basketball Federation as sponsorship amount for an international tournament in Dhaka. Ms. Sajida Rahman Danny, Founder Chairman, PFDA - Vocational Training Center, A.K. Sarker, Secretary General, Bangladesh Basketball Federation along other dignitaries were also present in that programme.
Among others, former chairman A T M Hayatuzzaman Khan, Directors Altaf Hossain Sarker, Mohammed Hanif, Md. Amirullah, Abdullah Al Ahsan, Mirza Yasser Abbas, Independent Director Messrs Md. Muzibur Rahman, A. S. Salahuddin Ahmed, former directors Khandaker Mohammad Shahjahan, Rakhi Das Gupta and Managing Director & CEO Syed Mahbubur Rahman were also present. Additional Managing Director Emranul Huq and Deputy Managing Directors Md. Shakir Amin Chowdhury, A. K. M. Shahnawaj and employees of all levels were also present.
