Bonus share
Fine Foods: Fine Foods Ltd. has informed that the bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2017 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO A/Cs on January 15, 2018.
Envoy Textiles: Envoy Textiles Limited has informed that the Bonus shares of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2017 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on December 28, 2017. The cash dividend including sale proceeds from fractional shares has been disbursed through online fund transfer and BEFTN system to the respective shareholders' bank accounts. Cash dividend warrant has already been dispatched through courier/hand distribution to the shareholders whose accounts were not credited due to inadequate information.
