Disbursement of dividend

Yeakin Polymer Ltd.: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2018 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on Tuesday. Sale proceeds of the fraction bonus shares will be credited to the respective shareholders bank accounts in due time through BEFTN system.

BEXIMCO Ltd.: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2018 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on Tuesday.

Gemini Sea Food Ltd.: The company has informed that it has credited the bonus shares for the year ended on June 30, 2018 to the respective shareholders' BO accounts on December 27, 2018. The payment of sale proceeds of fractional shares will be credited in due time.

Query response

Standard Insurance Limited: In response to a DSE query dated December 27, 2018, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike of shares.

Credit rating

Central Insurance Company Ltd.: Credit Rating Information and Services Ltd. (CRISL) has informed that the rating committee of CRISL has assigned the CPA (Claim Paying Ability) rating of the company as "A+" along with a stable outlook in consideration of audited financials of the company up to December 31, 2017, unaudited financials up to September 30, 2018 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

CVO Petrochemical Refinery Ltd.: Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the entity rating of the company as "BBB2" along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on June 30, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015 and 2014 and management provided information up to rating date.

Withdrawal of authorised

representatives

Remons Investment & Securities Ltd.: The company (DSE TREC No. 108) has withdrawn five of its authorised representatives, Mr. A.K.M. Shafiqur Rahman, Mr. Md. Jamal Uddin, Mr. Mohammed Baharul Islam Khan, Mr. Md. Al-Amin Rubel and Ms. Farhana Akhter, with immediate effect.

Certificate prog on basics of stock market
