Dividend disbursement
R.A.K. Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited: The company has informed that the bonus shares of the company for the year ended on December 31, 2017 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on April 30, 2018. The cash dividend for the year 2017 has been transferred to the respective shareholders' bank accounts through BEFTN system. The NRB shareholders who have not yet received the dividend warrants are requested to collect the dividend warrants from Share Department of the Head office of the Company.
Revised EGM date
Delta Life Insurance Company Ltd.: Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on April 24, 2018 regarding EGM to amend certain clause of the Articles of Association, the Company has further informed that the 10th EGM will be held on June 21, 2018 instead of earlier declared date June 10, 2018. Other information of the EGM will remain unchanged.
