Recommendation of dividend
United Commercial Bank Limited: The company has recommended 10 per cent cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2017. The AGM will be held on April 30, 2018. Record date is on April 11, 2018. The venue & time of the AGM will be notified later. United Commercial Bank Limited has also reported Consolidated EPS of Tk.2.58, Consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 25.49 and Consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 2.04 for the year ended on December 31, 2017 as against Tk. 2.49, Tk. 24.50 and Tk. 2.25 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
