Change of AGM date

Southeast Bank Limited: The company has informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the 23rd AGM of the company will now be held on June 30, 2018 instead of June 25, 2018. Other information will remain unchanged.

Resumption of trading

Trading of the shares of Islami Insurance Bangladesh Limited, Jamuna Bank Ltd., Trust Bank Limited and Social Islami Bank Limited will resume today (Wednesday) after record dates.

Suspension of trading

Trading of the shares of International Leasing and Financial Services Ltd., Southeast Bank Limited, The City Bank Limited and Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Limited will remain suspended on its record date, today (Wednesday).

Training on securities market rules and regulation

Training programme on "Securities Market Rules and Regulation" will be held on June 24 to July 05. Dividend disbursement

British American Tobacco Bangladesh Company Ltd.: The company has informed that it has disbursed the dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2017 to the shareholders.

Credit rating

ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the CPA (claim paying ability) rating of Northern General Insurance Co. Ltd. as "AA-" for long term and "ST-2" for short term in consideration of financials of the company up to December 31, 2017 (audited), Q1FY18 (unaudited) and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

Suspension of trading

Trading of the shares of Federal Insurance Company Limited, Central Insurance Company Ltd., Standard Insurance Limited, Mercantile Insurance Company Ltd. and Northern General Insurance Co. Ltd. will remain suspended on its record date, today (Wednesday). Trading of the shares of the companies will resume tomorrow (Thursday).
