Disbursement of dividend
S. Alam Cold Rolled Steels: S. Alam Cold Rolled Steels Ltd. has informed that cash dividend for the year on June 30, 2017 is being remitted on 07.02.2018 to the shareholders respective bank account through BEFTN. The dividend warrants of those NRB shareholders and other shareholders whose bank details are incomplete as on the record date are also ready and delivery thereof shall be commencing on and from the 07.02.2018. The company has requested the concerned shareholders of the regions other than Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Chittagong Hill Districts regions to collect their dividend warrants on all working days from February 7, 2018 to 11.02.2018 between 10:00 am to 05:00 pm from its Liaison Office at Sharif Mansion (6th Floor), 56-57, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka-1000, while the shareholders of the Chittagong, Cox's Bazar and Chittagong Hill Districts regions have been requested to collect their dividend warrants simultaneously from the Registered Office of the Company at S. Alam Bhaban, 2119, Asadgonj, Chittagong.
Monno Jute Stafflers: Monno Jute Stafflers Ltd. has informed that it has credited bonus share for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on January 23, 2018.
Hamid Fabrics Limited: Hamid Fabrics Limited has informed that it has dispatched cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2017 to the respective shareholders' bank Accounts through BEFTN system. The cash dividend warrants have been distributed to the shareholders' addresses who do not have compatible BEFTN/Online Bank Account.
