Credit rating

Paramount Insurance Company Ltd.: Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has informed that it has assigned surveillance credit rating to the company as "A+" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financials of the company up to December 31, 2017 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

IPO result

Disbursement of dividend

Baraka Power Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2018 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on January 02, 2019. The payment of sale proceeds of fractional shares will be credited to the shareholders bank account through BEFTN system or sent to the shareholders in the form of a payment advice within stipulated time.

M.L. Dyeing Limited: The bonus shares of the company for the year ended on June 30, 2018 have already been credited through CDBL to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on December 27, 2018.

Aramit Cement Ltd.: In response to a DSE query dated January 02, 2019, the company has informed that there is no undisclosed price sensitive information of the company for recent unusual price hike of shares.

Category change

Bangladesh Autocars Ltd.: The company will be placed in "A" category from existing "B" category with effect from today (Sunday) as the company has reported disbursement of 3.0 per cent cash and 12 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2018. As per SEC Directive No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/177 and BSEC Order No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/178 dated October 27, 2015; the stockbrokers and merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of BDAUTOCA up to 30 trading days from today (Sunday). However, the scrip is suspended in CSE.

M.L. As per SEC Directive No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/177 and BSEC Order No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/178 dated October 27, 2015; the stockbrokers and merchant bankers are requested not to provide loan facilities to their clients against trading of the shares of the company up to 30 trading days from today (Sunday).

Central Pharmaceuticals Ltd.: BSEC has imposed fine of Tk. 0.4 million each to Mrs. Morsheda Ahmed (Director), Mr. Mansur Ahmed (Director), Mr. Md. Rokunuzzaman (Director), Mr. Parvez Ahmed Bhuiya (Director) and Mrs. Nasima Akhter (Director) of the company for non-compliance with the securities related laws.
