Mahindra launches one-stop customer helpline

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., a part of the US$19 billion Mahindra Group, announced the launch of its 24x7 customer care number -"09678-333-222", exclusively for Bangladesh on Wednesday, according to a statement.

This is in line with the company's vision to build more customer centric initiatives for Bangladesh.

This is also the first of its kind initiative by any automobile and tractor manufacturer in Bangladesh, providing a one-stop number for all its businesses including commercial vehicles, tractors, two-wheelers, personal vehicles, powerol gensets and construction equipment.

Developed in collaboration with a Dhaka-based call centre, "Mahindra Care" will address all the sales, service and other queries of customers thus increasing transparency and creating awareness.

A one stop information repository, it promises to enhance customer experience with expert advice from authorised Mahindra representatives on products, service appointments, emergency, parts availability, parts price and network information, the statement said.
