A total of 41 officers and executives of 40 branches of the bank participated in the weeklong courses. Md Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, inaugurated both the training courses, said a statement.
In his speech, Mr Quamrul emphasised the need to ensure efficient customer service at all levels of banking and to be fully conversant with retail and consumer products of the bank.
