Bangladesh Steel Re-rolling, BSRM Steels hold AGMs

CHATTOGRAM, Dec 4: Both the Bangladesh Steel Re-Rolling Mills Ltd and the BSRM Steels Ltd yesterday approved 10 per cent stock dividend and 10 per cent cash dividend for their shareholders. The 56th AGM of Bangladesh Steel Re Rolling Mills Ltd and 16th AGM of BSRM Steels Ltd were held at a community centre in the city, participated by a large number of shareholders. The AGM of Bangladesh Steel Re Rolling Mills was held with Alihussain Akberali FCA, Chairman of the company in the chair. Audited accounts of the financial year 2017-18 along with the report of the Board of Directors were approved in the meeting. Shareholders of the company have also approved appointment of directors and auditor. The Chairman discussed on company's future plans and strategies. The shareholders expressed their confidence and trust in the board of directors of the company. Managing Director, Directors and Company Secretary among others, were present. The 16th AGM of the BSRM Steels Ltd was also held with the Company Chairman Alihussain Akberali in the chair. Audited accounts of the financial year 2017-18 along with Report of the Board of Directors were approved in the meeting. The shareholders of the company appointed Managing Director, Directors and Auditor for the year 2018-19.
