Kay & Que soars sans PSI

Kay & Que (Bangladesh), a 'Z' category company, has continued with its 'unusual' price hike despite there was no 'undisclosed' price sensitive information (PSI). The company's share price rose 17.46 per cent or Tk 25.30 in last 10 trading sessions till Wednesday. The price of the shares rose 4.82 per cent or Tk 7.9 to close at Tk 170.20 per share on Wednesday. According to DSE information, the company's share trading closed at Tk 144.90 on April 5 last. Following the 'unusual' price hike, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) made a query to be informed whether there was any undisclosed price sensitive information. In response, the company informed the DSE that there was no undisclosed price sensitive information. — FE Report
