Pubali Bank holds 36th AGM

The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at bank's auditorium on Sunday. Habibur Rahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited presided over the meeting. The Shareholders unanimously approved 10 per cent cash & 3.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended 31st December 2018 in the 36th AGM. A huge number of Shareholders actively participated in the discussion & they talked about the overall performance of the Bank in the AGM. They expressed their satisfaction & also suggested some suggestions for further improvement of performance of the bank. Chairman thanked everybody for active participation in the AGM and then announced the end of the meeting. — Statement

Shahjalal Islami Bank's Khulna Branch organized a discussion on "the significance of Mahe Ramadan" and Ifter Mehfil recently at Hotel City Inn, Khulna.
