Sale confirmation

Mr. Kamaluddin Ahmed, one of the sponsors of Social Islami Bank Limited, has reported that he has completed his sale of 500,000 shares of the company at the prevailing market price through stock exchanges as announced earlier.

Ms. Rokia Afzal Rahman, one of the sponsors and directors (nominated director from MIDAS) of MIDAS Financing Ltd., has reported that she has completed her sale of 300,000 shares of the company at the prevailing market price through stock exchange as announced earlier.
