Md. Rezaul Karim (centre), Chairman of Shippers' Council of Bangladesh (SCB), presiding over the 9th board meeting for the term 2018 and 2019 of SCB at the SCB conference room in the city on Saturday. The 9th board meeting for the term 2018 & 2019 of Shippers' Council of Bangladesh (SCB) was held at the SCB conference room in the city on Saturday under the Chairmanship of Md. Rezaul Karim, said a statement.
The meeting reviewed the existing problems and other issues connected with country's export and import businesses.
The meeting discussed about SCB office shifting from Motijheel to Dhanmondi and attending Asian Shippers' Alliance (ASA) meeting which will be held on 29th November, 2019 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and passed the SCB accounts.
Senior Vice Chairman Ariful Ahsan and Directors Arzu Rahman Bhuiyan, Afsar Uddin Ahmed, A. K. M. Aminul Mannan (Khokon), Md. Nurussafa Babu and Ziaul Islam attended the meeting.
