The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Quasem Drycells Ltd was held at RAOWA complex in the city recently. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company Anwarul Islam presided over the programme. Managing Director & CEO Tasvir Ul Islam was also present on the occasion. The company approved 18 per cent stock dividend for the financial year 2016-17.
