BCPA gets new chairman, secy gen

A K M Azad of A. M. Traders has been elected Chairman of Bangladesh Crop Protection Association (BCPA), says a statement.

Md. Habibur Rahman of BASF Bangladesh Limited was elected secretary general of the association at its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in the capital recently.

Md. Mizanur Rahman Khan of Limited Agro Products Ltd. was elected vice chairman and Mohammed Shaifullah Biswas of ACI Formulations Limited joint secretary general respectively at the AGM held at a city hotel.

S M Khaled of Ingenious Crop Science Limited and Md. Kabir Uddin of Agro Link BD were elected organising secretary and treasurer respectively.

Md. Serajul Islam of Chemist Crop Care Limited was elected publicity secretary.

BCPA's election board chairman Mujibur Rahman announced the names of the newly-elected office-bearers after the election.
