Border Guards Bangladesh (BGB) Director General Major General Md Shafeenul Islam, ndc, psc and Andrey Furtay of the state-run manufacturing company JSC Russian Helicopters signing a deal on behalf of their respective organisations at BGB headquarters in the city on Tuesday.
