Prime Bank gets vice chairmen

Mafiz Ahmed Bhuiyan           Imran Khan

The Board of Directors of Prime Bank Limited have unanimously elected Mafiz Ahmed Bhuiyan and Imran Khan as the new vice chairmen of the bank.

They were elected for next two years in a recent board meeting, said a press statement.

Mafiz Ahmed Bhuiyan is a sponsor director of the bank.

He is the managing director of IPE Technology Limited, Shepherd World Trade Limited and Shepherd Consultant & Management Ltd.

Currently, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Prime Bank and chairman of the Prime Bank Foundation.

Imran Khan is a director of Pedrollo nk Limited, a leading company engaged in import, sales and distribution of renowned Italian brand water pump 'PEDROLLO' in Bangladesh.

He is also a director of diversified business concerns like PNL Holdings Ltd., PNL Water Management Ltd., Halda Valley Tea Company Ltd., Halda Fisheries Ltd. and Hill Plantation Ltd.

He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Prime Bank Limited.
